Shipping Availability
The Gothic Cabinet Craft website is configured to give you price and availability information for the Continental US. Enter your zip code to see if shipping is available for you. If you are in Greece, or anywhere in Europe, please inquire using the numbers provided in the Contact Us section. For other locations, send an email, we will be happy to let you know if shipping is available to your area.

Size
Gothic Cabinet Craft manufactures most of the products we sell. Most items come already assembled. Please take the time to check the measurements provided on the product pages to be certain the items you have chosen will fit your space and your needs.  All Measurements on the site are approximate.  Please call or visit a store to discuss the situation before placeing an order if you are concerned that an item may not fit in a particular space. If you do not see the measurement you need, please email or call.  We cannot accept cancellations because an item does not fit in your space or the item does not fit what you planned to put in it.  Some items can be altered so that they will fit in your house.  There are charges for both alteration and additional delivery charges if additional transport is required.  Please let us know as you place your order over the phone or in the comments box during checkout online if you have concerns that your new furniture will not fit or be able to enter the area where you intend for it to go.

Colors and Appearance
Note that gothiccabinetcraft.com cannot guarantee the way colors are displayed on your monitor or printouts from our website.  gothiccabinetcraft.com does not warranty that actual items will match images of unfinished samples, stain samples or photos of items on your monitor or printouts from our website.  Some items come finished only in the color described.  This is the case when no color choices appear on the product page. Most items will come unfinished, unless you have selected a finish when you place a product in your shopping cart.  Please check all of your selections have been registered, before you checkout.  Please check your order confirmation email to be sure that your order is correct. If you have made a mistake please call us and we will try to help you correct it.  If you realize that you have made a mistake after a delivery has occured or the items have been stained, you will be charged any additional transportation or finishing charges needed to correct the mistake, you may choose to keep the item as ordered or you may cancel according to our Cancellations and Returns policy below.

To find the shipping cost on an item or order, enter the shipping address ZIP CODE in the blank provided on each individual Product Page. The shipping calculator provides the lowest price shipping method to the zip code you enter for that product. 

Multiple Items
In the first step of checkout you will be offered all the shipping options available to the shipping address selected. These may include DHL, Freight, or Full Service Truck deliveries depending on the products in your order and the delivery address.  Use this method to check shipping on a whole order.

Full Service Truck Deliveries
For addresses in and around the New York Tri-State area we offer Full Service Delivery.  If your order is eligible for this service, the option will appear upon checkout. Full Service Delivery is priced per delivery, not per item. The charge is based on delivery location.  The rate includes inside delivery to elevator buildings or up one flights of stairs.  We can deliver above one flight for an additional charge of $10 per flight above one flight.  If the delivery address is not an elevator building and there is more than one 1 flight to the apartment or room, please indicate the number of flights in the comments box when you check out. 

If you choose Full Service you will be contacted via email with a date for delivery.  The day before your delivery, usually around 3pm to 5pm, we will send an email confirming delivery.  In the email we provide a 4 hour estimate delivery timeframe.   Timeframe estimates are made based on the route the truck will take for the days delivery.  We route our trucks so that we can complete the most deliveries possible for each day.  To maintain flexibility in routing we do not take requests regarding timeframes.  If you will not have access to email the day before delivery , please call us for your timeframe at 888 801 3100.

Missed Deliveries
If the delivery is missed and it is not our fault (wrong address, you were not at home, elevator is not working or any other reason) we will reschedule the delivery at our convenience.  For any missed delivery we reserve the right not to reschedule but to require instead that the merchandise be picked up from us.  When delivery is rescheduled there will be a re-delivery charge equal to the original charge or $40, whichever is greater.

DHL
DHL deliveries are available on smaller items in the continental US. DHL only ships items that meet their shipping guidelines for size and weight. DHL availability and price will appear upon check out or by entering the delivery address zip code in the product page.  DHL Ground service is a to the door delivery.  The customer will be responsible for moving the item into the home.

Residential outside deliveries are available to anywhere in the Continental United States via a private freight company.  The price will appear either as your least price option or as an option upon checkout.  If you need inside delivery, we can arrange that service for you for an additional charge depending on the specifics of delivery.  To arrange for inside delivery please call us.

If you would prefer to pick up your order or have a third party carrier pick up for you, you may pick up from our Newark, NJ Warehouse.  If you wish to pick up, please select this option upon checkout. We will email you with pick up information and pick up hours.  You can expect unfinished pieces ready for pick up within one to two weeks. Finished pieces are usually ready to be picked up in 2 to 3 weeks.  These timeframes are subject to availability and do not apply to custom orders or orders which will be packed for freight shipment.  Packing services must be arranged and will be additional charge depending on the items in your order.  If you plan to send a third party, please contact us to arrange for packing and get prices.  If you send items with your own carrier any damages will be you and your shipper's responsibility.

Taxes
7% will be applied to all orders shipped to the state of NJ. Applicable tax will be applied to orders delivered to NY State.  No tax will be collected on orders shipped outside of the states of NJ and NY.

Our wood furniture products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship, materials and construction for 90 days.   Because of the use of natural materials and the handcrafted nature of wood furniture, minor variations can occur from piece to piece. Therefore, this warranty does not cover such variations or differences between floor samples or printed illustrations and your furniture. This warranty does not cover "as is" or items purchased from any other source than gothiccabinetcraft.com. Any product modification by the consumer will void this warranty. This warranty is valid only on Gothic Cabinet Craft products purchased from gothiccabinetcraft.com for 1 year after purchase date. No warranty of merchantability or suitability of use is made or implied for the items listed on gothiccabinetcraft.com other than those warranties specifically outlined.  In no event shall Gothic Cabinet Craft be liable for special or consequential or any other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion and limitations on incidental and consequential damages or the limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Proper care and use are essential for preserving your rights under this warranty.  Wood furniture may have natural variations in grain and color, and inherent characteristics such as mineral streaks, pith pickets, and tiger striping, which are not considered quality defects. Slight variations in appearance that result from the normal expansion and contraction of wood as it responds to climatic changes in the home are not covered under the warranty. Normal wear and tear or damage that results from improper care, accidents, abuse or negligence is not covered by the warranty. Variation in the color of finishes also is in no way considered a quality defect. With time, and environmental exposure finished wood may darken or redden, white finishes may yellow and stain colors may otherwise change. All this, as well as exposure of furniture to extremes of high or low humidity and/or rapid temperature change are not covered by our warranty. Our glass components are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship,materials and construction for one year. Minor scratches, air bubbles, surface waviness, or lightly pitted areas occur naturally during glass manufacture, and are not considered quality defects. Normal wear and tear, damages which result from improper use, improper care, accidents, abuse or negligence are not covered by the warranty. Our mechanical components are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship, materials and construction for 1 year. Normal wear and tear, damages which result from improper use, improper care, accidents, abuse or negligence are not covered by the warranty. gothiccabinetcraft.com does not warranty the way colors appear on your monitor or printouts from our website.  gothiccabinetcraft.com does not warranty that actual items will match unfinished samples, stain samples or photos of items which appear on your monitor.  Please read descriptions. Cancellations and Returns

Design, Dimension, Availability and Prices
Gothic Cabinet Craft reserves the right to make changes at any time, without notice, in prices, dimensions and design.  Gothic Cabinet Craft reserves the right to discontinue items without notice.  Items may go in and out of stock from time to time.  In the case that an Item from your order is out of stock, we offer complimentary second delivery once the item is available.  All measurements in our online catalog are approximate. 

Sale Prices and Coupon Codes.
Sale prices in Flyers, Newspaper, Television, Radio advertisements or on www.gothiccabinetcraft.com cannot be combined with other offers and apply only to the specific items which appear in the advertisements unless otherwise stated.  Sale prices and coupons apply only to orders placed during the period an item is on sale or the coupon is valid.  Sale Prices and coupons cannot be applied to orders placed before or after the sale price or coupon offer begins or expires.  Orders are dated by the date the order is placed.  Minimum purchase restrictions on sale or coupon offers refer to merchandise totals and do not include the tax, delivery, shipping or any other charges.  If the pre-tax, pre-delivery total does not meet or exceed the restriction amount, the sale or coupon does not apply to the order.
